Panzer II Ausf J ( VK16.01 ) Montaggio ruote e cingoli .

In questa fase ho montato le ruote  ed i cingoli . Ho messo sui parafanghi anteriori i teli fatti con Magic Sculpt , una cartella , ed una carta geografica eseguita con la stampante , la tanica è della Tasca . Il figurino in torretta ( non mi ricordo ) dovrebbe essere della Wolf  con testa Hornet .Il carro è praticamente finito devo dipingere i particolari aggiunti , le luci posteriori per poi passare ad un lavaggio generale del Panzer .

At this stage, I have mounted the wheels and the tracks. I put on the front fenders the facts tarps with Magic Sculpt, a folder, and a map made with the printer, the jerrycan is  the Tasca. The figure in the turret (can not remember) should be the Wolf with Hornet head .The tank is almost finished I have to paint the added detail, the rear lights and then move on to a general washing of the Panzer.

Panzer II Ausf J ( VK 16.01 ) - Pittura attrezzi - Transfers ed un pò di fango

Per la pittura degli attrezzi ho usato i colori Life Color ( per il legno ) ed i Vallejo per la parte in metallo .Le Balkenkreuz bianche ed il numero 12 sono  transfer Mig Productions   , mentre il simbolo divisionale è eseguito ad aerografo con una mascherina della Eduard .

For painting tools I used the colors Life Color (for wood) and Vallejo for the metal part .The white Balkenkreuz and number 12 have transfer Mig Productions, while the divisional symbol is executed to airbrush with a mask of Eduard .

Panzer II Ausf J ( VK 16.01 ) Primer e pittura

Anche su questo Panzer ho usato lo stesso primer lo Skull White della Citadel . Per la pittura iniziale ho usato su tutto il veicolo l' XF63 seguito dall'XF66 schiarito poi con del bianco .

Also on this Panzer, I used the same primer Skull White Citadel. For the initial paint I used on any vehicle the XF63, followed by XF66 then he brightened with white.

Panzer I Ausf F ( VK 18.01 ) Primer e pittura

Ho iniziato la pittura del Panzer I F. Il primer è lo Skull White della Citadel . Per la pittura ho spruzzato su tutto il veicolo una mano di XF68 seguita da una di XF60 shiarita poi con il bianco .

I started painting the Panzer I F. The primer is Skull White Citadel. For painting, I sprayed all over the vehicle a XF68 hand followed by a XF60 then lightened with white.

Panzer I Ausf F ( VK 18.01 )

Avevo sotto mano anche questo modello della Alan e così ho deciso di costruire anche il Panzer I . Ho fatto questo lavoro per avere la possibilità di dipingerli entrambi senza così sporcare l'aerografo due o più volte . I cingoli sono gli stessi per tutti due i modelli , sono già assemblati e pronti al montaggio sui due Panzer . Questa volta ho provato il prodotto della AK per scurire i cingoli ma lo trovo del tutto inutile , anche se l'effetto e molto realistico .

Have on hand  even this model of Alan and so I decided to build even the Panzer I. I did this work to have the opportunity to paint them both without dirtying the airbrush so two or more times. The tracks are the same for all both models are already assembled and ready for installation in the two Panzer. This time I tried the product of AK to darken the tracks but I find it totally useless, even if the effect is very realistic.

Panzer II Ausf J (VK16.01)

Il nuovo anno è ormai iniziato da circa 45 giorni ed io mi presento con questo modello un pò vecchiotto , della Alan probabilmente 1998 , ma devo dire che la costruzione è stata abbastanza facile . Ho cambiato alcuni particolari con altri meglio definiti ( Tamiya , Dragon ) , ho aggiunto le saldature perchè il modello ne è completamente sprovvisto .La plastica con cui è stampato è molto buona ed oserei dire migliore di alcune di quelle più moderne . Naturalmente ho cambiato anche i cingoli , sovradimensionati , con quelli della Friulmodel ne dovrebbero andare 65 per fianco , ma anche in questo caso o per diffetto del modello o per dimensioni dei cingoli ....si parla di circa 0,18 mm per cingolo ne ho dovuti mettere 62 . Scusate la pignoleria ma a me piace essere preciso nelle cose .La canna da 2 cm. è della Griffon models ,  la MG 34 è della Aber . Alcuni particolari sono in Evergreen , mentre le farfalle sono della Bronco . Le tre reti sopra al motore le ho tagliate da una referenza Aber . Bene ora devo iniziare la pittura : probabilmente un grigio Panzer . Il figurino invece che metterò in torretta è un carrista con uniforme nera dei primi anni 40 .

The new year has already begun to be about 45 days and I stand by this model a little older, probably in 1998 of Alan, but I must say construction that has been pretty easy. I changed some details with other better defined (Tamiya, Dragon), I added the welds because the model it is completely devoid .The plastic which is printed is very good and I would say better than some of the newer ones. Of course I also changed the tracks, oversized, with those of Friulmodel it should go 65 to the side, but anche in this case or for the defect model or size of tracks .... it is about 0:18 mm to link it I had to put 62. Sorry for the fussiness but I like to be precise in things .The 2 cm barrel is the Griffon models, the MG 34 is of Aber .Some particulars are in Evergreen, while the butterflies are Bronco. The three nets above the engine's cut from a reference Aber. Well now I have to start painting, probably in gray panzer. The figures rather than put it into the turret is a tank crewman with the early 40 black uniform.

Sturmtiger - Finito -

Sturmtiger finito , ho posizionato i carristi ed il soldato di fanteria , il secchio , la pala , ed eseguito i lavaggi sui teloni .

Sturmtiger finished, I placed the tank crewmen and infantry soldier, bucket, shovel, and the weathering on tarps .

Pittura figurini

La pittura di questi tre figurini mi ha portato via molto tempo , però sono soddisfatto del mio lavoro , potrei fare di meglio ma non ci arrivo . La spiegazione della pittura è nel post precedente che riguarda proprio i figurini . Gli incarnati , in questo caso solo i volti , sono stati dipinti con i colori ad olio .

The painting of these three figures took me a long time, but I'm happy with my job, I could do better but do not get there. The explanation of the painting is in the previous post regarding their figures . The flesh tones, in this case only the faces, have been painted with oil colors.

Sturmtiger fissato sulla base

Ho fissato lo Sturmtiger sulla base , dopo aver messo la paglia nei punti giusti . Mancano alcuni lavaggi ma sono quasi alla fine del lavoro .

I fixed the Sturmtiger on the base, after putting the straw in the right places. They are missing some washing but are almost at the end of work.

Sturmtiger - Figurini -

Prima di iniziare la pittura vera e propria dei figurini , ho usato su di essi un colore di fondo della Tamiya XF24 che è un grigio scuro .Premetto che la pittura non è finita e che per le uniformi ho usato tutte referenze Vallejo.  I due carristi sono stati dipinti così : Giubbino 893 al 40% + 988 al 60% , pantaloni 893 al 75% + 887 al 25% . Il soldato con il Garand : Giubba 884 puro e 988 per le ombre , schiarito poi con 884 al 50% + 951 al 50% , pantaloni 983 schiarito con 873 al 50% + 941 al 50 % per le luci solo 873 .

Before starting the actual painting of the figures, I used them on a background color of Tamiya XF24 which is a dark gray. It states that the painting is not over and that for the uniforms I used all references Vallejo. The two tank drivers were painted so: jacket 893 to 40% + 988 to 60%, pants 893 to75% + 887 to 25%. The soldier with the Garand: Jackets 884 pure and 988 for the shadows, then brightened with 884 to 50% + 951 to 50%, pants 983 cleared  873 to 50% + 941 to 50% for the lights only 873.

Sturmtiger -Base -

Ho costruito il terreno con il Das adattandolo allo Sturmtiger , ho aggiunto dei sassolini sulla parte rialzata del terreno . A Das asciugato ho spruzzato con l'aerografo diverse tonalità di marrone ottenendo il risultato che si vede nella foto . Il carro armato è stato posizionato poi sulla base( non incollato ) ed ho iniziato a mettere la paglia . Avevo a suo tempo acquistato due pennelli ( 2€ in tutto ) , li ho immersi nel colore giallo acrilico ottenuto con diverse tonalita di giallo , ocra , buff......Ho lasciato asciugare i pennelli per un mese circa e sono passato poi al taglio degli stessi ottenendo quello che si vede nelle foto .Spero di essere stato chiaro .

I built the ground with Das adapting to Sturmtiger, I added some pebbles on the raised part of the land. A Das dried I sprayed with the airbrush different shades of brown getting the result you see in the picture. The tank I then positioned on the base (not glued) and I started to put the straw. I had at the time bought two brushes (around € 2), I have immersed in yellow acrylic obtained with different shades of yellow, ocher, buff ...... I let it dry brushes for about a month and then I switched the cut of the same obtaining what you see in the photos . I hope I was clear.
